However there's so much that Pink Floyd wrote and many of their songs are simply so long that we can only present a selection of their total output. We hope that our choice includes much of their very best work..
They say stars are in the sky, but in Los Angeles, they can be anywhere from struggling actors posing as waiters to bartenders with a song in their hearts. That was the case for Mike DeLay and Leilani Francisco when the pair met and became not only involved in the ways of love, but blossomed musically together over the years creating Tic Tic Boom. They adopted the DIY style early on and have continued that aesthetic with their new EP, Before the Sun Rises.
Samulnori is a traditional Korean folk percussion ensemble who utilizes for percussion instruments: kkaengguari, ching, changgo, and buk. Renowned changgo player Kim Duk Soo with Samulnori has put together a stunning collection of world talents who fuse traditional Korean forms with other genres that span the globe – most notably jazz and funk. The results are impressive. All of the pieces on this release maintain some facets of traditional Korean music that are unique to that culture, be it the pansori singing style on "Rabbit Stori" or the shanawi improvisational technique on "Shinawi".
Here is the 2011 self-released album from Sun King titled 'The Elephant Upstairs'. Sun King was founded by singer & guitarist Andrew Seminara and drummer Fred Carleton in 2005. The two musicians and childhood friends had been playing out together with various bands around the Cape Cod and Greater Boston area since 2000.

Washington, DC guitarist/songwriter Mike Shupp is deft with the straightahead country-inflected pop-rock that the likes of Paul Westerberg, Bruce Springsteen, Steve Forbert and Neil Young are renowned for. Shupp's debut album is an appealing peek into his world and his personal perspectives on relationships (Up To Me), trends (Into It) heartbreak (Easier Now) and well, relationships (Prove Me Wrong).
