Now you can do it at home using safe, low-impact techniques. Get Ripped! to the Core is an all-over toning workout that includes 9 compound exercises plus a tough abdominal section and a stretch segment. To do this workout you can use dumbbells, a barbell, or your own body weight (step is optional). As in all the Get Ripped! workouts, we demonstrate exercise modifications for people who need to adjust the movements to their own abilities. Using compound exercises, you will not only work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, but you will also work your abs the entire time to stay stable.
