I've been fortunate to read this book and participate in lessons taught by John Maxwell. This more than any other Maxwell book has touched me more deeply and passionately than all his other work and all his other work is superb. John is always masterful at connecting with what is "real" in people and getting down to the nitty gritty in a compelling and engaging way. The difference with this book is that it gets to the 'how' of discovering one's purpose.
