Eines der Zentren war ohne Zweifel in London, was durch Namen wie Elias und Veza Canetti, Franz Baermann Steiner, Erich Fried, Jakov Lind und eben auch H. G. Adler hinlänglich belegt wird, der allerdings erst im Jahre 1947 dorthin kam.
